The Manitoba AAA Midget Hockey League is pleased to announce that Reese Jones of the Yellowhead Chiefs is the Motel 6 Goaltender of the Month for January. 

Jones was otherworldly in the five contests he started. He started the month of with three (3) shutouts (191 minutes, to be exact) and only allowed 4 goals total in those five games. Jones stopped 107 of the 111 shots faced and concluded the month with a .964 Save Percentage and 0.80 Goals Against Average. 

Jones is in his second season with the Chiefs and currently has 13 wins, a 2.26 Goals Against Average and .919 Save Percentage.
