The Yellowhead Chiefs AAA Female U15 program is a single roster program based out of the Yellowhead region. This program is for elite female bantam aged players designed to provide a fun and competitive atmosphere to develop their individual skills while learning to play as a team. The program selects 15 to 17 rostered players and uses the affiliate player list to develop as many players as possible.

The program offers twice a week 1.5hr practices and plays in 45 - 50 games per season, which amounts to approximately 95 ice times. The program also incorporates once a week professional dryland training on Monday practice days.

The Chiefs play in the U15 AAA Manitoba Female Hockey League which is a 8 team league, 3 showcase tournaments annually as well as the Rural AAA Provincials. These tournaments provide the players an excellent oppurtunity to showcase thier skills.

The program recognizes that each player has a unique skill set and will advance each individual player by increasing speed, strength, agility and hockey IQ in order to have them ready to advance to the next level of hockey. The Chiefs strive each and every year to win rural provincials and play in the provincial best of 3 final series.
